Denton McLane is the Chairman of McLane Global, a subsidiary of McLane Group and a premier international trading company that combines sales, marketing, distribution and logistics expertise to export American Brands to markets around the world. The McLane family name has been involved in food logistics and supply chain services for over 120 years. Through McLane Hunger Solutions, McLane Global works to provide food banks and hunger relief efforts throughout the United States with high-quality, nutritious foods at low costs.

Denton received a BBA degree in Economics from Baylor University in 1999, and Masters Degree in Economics from The University of Alabama in 2003.

In his role as Chairman, Denton has led McLane Global for over 15 years, designing the company’s strategies and implementing them through direction of the executive management team. Denton is also the Vice President of McLane Group, and is a member of the McLane family’s investment committee.

Previous to his work at McLane Global, Denton worked in other fields including real estate investments, professional sports (he served as Financial Projects Coordinator for the Nashville Predators, and he worked for the Houston Astros), the recording industry (EMI Christian music), and he worked for the international McLane family businesses in Europe.

Denton McLane is a Christian, and resides in Birmingham, Alabama, with his wife and children.
